 Boulter Stewart Limited provides a range of design and construction services including initial feasibility studies, design and design management, general contracting and construction management, contract administration, materials testing and commercial services to Clients in Thailand and South East Asia.
Our Head Office is in Bangkok's central business district we are able to respond promptly to our Clients with qualified and experienced individual attention. We also have an office on the Eastern Seaboard in Rayong Province where our testing services are based. In addition to our Thailand based staff, our sister Company, Stewart Engineers Limited, has consultants based in the U.K., Hong Kong and Singapore who are on hand to assist if required.
Our staff and consultants share two important attributes - relevant qualifications and considerable experience of working in Thailand and South East Asia.
 The principals of our business are both experienced engineers. David Stewart is a civil engineer who has lived and worked in South East Asia since 1979. A resident in Thailand for over 10 years, his regional experience has included project management appointments in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. David was also managing director of a leading European / Thai project management firm for over 5 years. Robert Boulter is both a chartered civil and structural engineer who has lived and worked in Thailand for over 25 years. Robert specialises in the design and construction management of commercial and residential buildings and industrial facilities, having been Vice President for eight years with one of Thailand's largest international contractors. Our team also includes local and expatriate staff with qualifications in civil and structural engineering, project and construction management, quantity surveying, law and business administration. |
